Payred Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Payred! These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Payred mobile application (App), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. Payred is operated by Payred Inc. (we, us, or our), a fintech company dedicated to providing tools for tracking transactions and cashback rewards. By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
1. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
2. Use of the App
The App allows you to view and manage lists of transactions and cashback rewards from linked accounts or services. You may link your financial accounts (e.g., bank or credit card) to the App, subject to the terms of those third-party providers. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Attempt to interfere with the Apps functionality, security, or integrity, including hacking, transmitting viruses, or overloading the system.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or data mining tools to access or extract data from the App without our express written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Financial Information and Cashback
The App provides tools to track transactions and cashback rewards. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data displayed. All financial information is provided as is and relies on data from third-party sources. Cashback rewards are subject to the terms of the issuing retailers or financial institutions. We are not responsible for any disputes related to cashback eligibility, redemption, or expiration. You authorize us to access and process your financial data as necessary to provide the Apps services. For more details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Payred Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@payred.com.tr.
