Payred Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Payred. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Payred mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the app. Payred is operated by Payred Inc. By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the app. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the app.
1. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the app, you must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
2. Use of the App
The app allows you to view and manage lists of transactions and cashback rewards from linked accounts or services. You may link financial accounts, subject to the terms of third-party providers. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Violate applicable local, national or international laws. - Interfere with app functionality, security or integrity, including hacking, transmitting viruses or overloading systems. - Use bots, scripts or data-mining tools to access or extract app data without written permission. - Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Financial Information and Cashback
The app provides tools to track transactions and cashback rewards. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of financial data displayed. Information is provided as-is and may rely on third-party sources. Cashback rewards are subject to retailer or financial institution terms. We are not responsible for disputes regarding cashback eligibility, redemption or expiration. You authorize us to access and process your financial data as needed to provide services. 4. Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality in the app, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on the app or its content without prior written consent.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from app use, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, during the twelve months before the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Payred Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app immediately ceases and you must delete all app copies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or app use are resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under American Arbitration Association rules, except where small claims court is available.
11. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Payred regarding app use. For questions, contact support@payred.com.tr.
